Hello, I just wanted to tell you about our experience in your store yesterday!! It was great! It was our first time to jewelers row & we came to your store first looking for anniversary band. Saw one ring that we liked but just looking at the ring I could tell it was out of our budget. I informed Elliott that I wanted to check out some other stores since it was our first time down there. He told us even if we didn't come back, he thanked us for stopping in. Needless to say it came down to 2 rings that I liked, one at another store and what I thought was the 'out of budget' ring. We asked him for a price on that ring and surprisingly we were both shocked at the price he was able to give us. I have been shopping around and I know what other stores are charging for a ring like that. Needless to say we bought it. Elliott was SUPER NICE. There was no pressure, he wasn't rude or snobby like most jewelry store associates are. Even Sue whom we did not even deal with thanked us for our business. When we came back the 2nd time it was pretty busy & they made it a point to acknowledge everyone that came in right away. I still cannot believe what we paid for the ring, I'm truly in shock!! It has me wondering if it's real!! LOL KIDDING!! We will definitely be doing business with you again. I've already mentioned diamond hoops to my husband!!
