For me, jewelers row is like traveling through the jungle. An amazing place, but with pitfalls, traps and tribes that hunt for your wallet. I hate being sold and I don't like the fake customer service pitch thing either. After being in pretty much every store on the strip (and I mean every store), I decided to stop in at Unclaimed. The experience from the outset was totally unexpected, in a good way. No heavy sales, no schmooze, just a straight forward and honest look at a custom job I was interested in. In the end, I ended up going with Unclaimed, based on their ability to "keep it real", pricing and because they were willing to work with me, to ensure I got what I needed. I did have a few problems with the setting and got really worried, but after a call from the Matt the owner, I was assured that everything would be taken care of. Sure enough, the settings were re-cast and ready a day later. All is well. Not a spot I would have assumed could deal with a custom job, but then again, I didn't think I would have such a great experience overall. Stop in and give them a chance, after all you can never judge a book by the cover. Many thanks to Sue, Matt and Eliot!
