We hereby guarantee that the Diamond we sold you is genuine and is exactly, in every respect, as it is represented. We also guarantee that the material used in the manufacture of the jewelry Item(s) meets or even exceeds the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission. Furthermore, if the jewelry purchased from Unclaimed Diamonds is not appraised higher than your purchase price, we will refund you the money. In this case the evaluation must be performed by an Independent NAJA appraiser who is a G.I.A Graduate Gemologist not associated with any retail establishment and must be carried out for insurance purposes only.

Therefore the purchaser has to assume an additional responsibility. While Unclaimed Diamonds cannot be responsible for Warranty issues that exceed a six-month period, we will continue to professionally clean and polish your Invisible and Micro Bead Set Jewelry for life. Any maintenance issues, i.e. stone replacement, will be provided to you at our cost. What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any manufacture defects in that would cause a diamond or gemstone to fall out of its setting; in addition to any other defects which would cause the item(s) to be unwearable.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?
|
|
This warranty lasts for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase and is not transferable. The warranty can be renewed for a service charge.

What Will Unclaimed Diamonds Do?
|
|
Unclaimed Diamonds will replace any Diamond or Gemstone from a defective manufacture setting. We will fix or replace at our discretion any part or material that has a manufacture-defect that affects the wearability of the item.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?
|
|
Unclaimed Diamonds will not replace Center diamonds or gemstones in Engagement rings or Wedding Sets, nor any other jewelry items with a mounted stone 10pts or greater, as these items should be insured by the purchaser. We will not cover any item that at our discretion has shown excessive wear or that has been mistreated or used in a manner not intended by the manufacture. We will not cover any repairs or alterations that were not performed by Unclaimed Diamonds or its representatives.

How do you get service?

In order to be eligible for the warranty you must bring in your purchase every two (2) months to be professionally inspected, cleaned, and polished. This inspection will be noted on your certificate. Failure to bring your item in as prescribed will void the warranty. Upon the expiration of warranty period, Unclaimed Diamonds will continue to inspect, clean, and polish your purchase for life; however, any other services or repairs will be charged to the customer.
