If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the phone, Unclaimed Diamonds or one of our "Lease to Own" financial partners will refund your item(s) or cancel your contract as long as the package is post marked by the 7th day from you receiving the item(s) Please Note: Returns are limited to unworn jewelry items only, no returns will be accepted if item has been worn. Exchanges will be processed as long as the item(s) are post marked within 14 days from the date received. All exchanges and upgrades are final. Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. A Restocking Fee applies to all custom built items, the restocking fee is 20% of the total invoiced amount or the total cost of labor and materials for setting, sizing will be deducted from the refund amount. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Unclaimed Diamonds box. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package.
Call 1-877-855-2663 to begin processing your return. You must call the store and recieve a return authorization code. We will not execpt any returns without prior authorization.
Refunds will be processed upon recieving return.
Unclaimed Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments
