When Your Order Will Ship
Most packages leave our store or affiliate in 5-7 business days after the order is received. Exceptions include items that require ring sizing, are out of stock, and items that are personalized.
HOWEVER, DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS LONGER
Know that we value
RING SIZING: Rings ship in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific size is selected. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipment of all custom sizes (ex. 5, 8, 11, etc.)
- Orders that are placed and payment or lease approved and signed Monday – Friday will be processed on the next business day as the order is placed.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays will be processed no later than the next business day pending payment or Lease approval. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
- Please allow up to 48-hours after processing for items to be shipped.
- Items can also be picked up in our Philadelphia Store

For your protection, orders of $100 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file, and cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your shipping confirmation as well as any other shipping exceptions. You may contact us via email for tracking information, however, for your complete protection, our insurance policy does not allow for us to transmit the tracking number as the item can be rerouted to an unauthorized address.
All orders are fully insured while in transit
For security and insurance purposes, ALL shipments require a signature upon delivery regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers

Because of the nature of the items being shipped, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Alternatively, we do offer a Hold At UPS Location service,
