Customers must contact the store within 7 days of recieving item(s) if they wish to return
Please Note: Returns are limited to unworn jewelry items only, no returns will be accepted if item has been worn.
Exchanges will be processed as long as the item(s) are post marked within 14 days from the date received, you must call store first to obtain RA#
All exchanges and upgrades are final. .Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Unclaimed Diamonds box.
Special/custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
How To Properly Prepare Your Return:
Call 1-877-855-2663 to begin processing your return. You must call the store and recieve a return authorization number…RA#. We will not execpt any returns without prior authorization.
- Obtaining an R.A. # does not automatically define approval of a return/exchange. The merchandise must be unworn and damage free and will be evaluated for approval status once received.
- Please Note: RA #’s are set to expire seven (7) days after we send it . Any package shipped after that date will not be accepted and returned to sender.
- Box up your merchandise in a secure manner. Please make sure Unclaimed Diamonds is not written anywhere on the outside of the box! This is to keep the transfer of your package safe! Please do not indicate that there is jewelry inside the box anywhere. Please include all materials i.e. invoice etc. to ensure quick and efficient processing. Keep a record of your tracking number.
Refunds will be processed upon recieving return.
Unclaimed Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments
